House with large dining room and garden at Cologne

The House is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Cologne. The transport is very good as well the parking facilities (3 cars and 1 truck can park next to the House).
The apartment is ground floor and was fully refurbished by 2015. Access is via a hallway with pink marble, the stairs in the staircase are also from the same marble.
The apartment has a small adjoining room (study, meetings, etc.), living-dining area passes around the corner in a large kitchen.
