The object is located in secluded and scenic location in a residential area. The extensive grounds (1,700 m2) in the Bauhaus style (see also Walter Gropius, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe), with 5 different landscaped terraces and swimming pool, as well as a double garage and gives sufficient room for development, especially for a film crew.

The generous, as well as luxuriously and elegantly decorated rooms (270 sqm, 5 rooms), as well as "convenient" targeting "a level" with additional space for the crew (65 square meters) on the first floor, contribute significantly to a technically easy and quick implementation of the scipts, or the motives, as also the required movement of the equipment.

A high-voltage connection (16 + 32 amp / 400 Volt) can be placed on request. Catering is not visible for the set South-facing terrace for about 50 people. The main house is framed with a 40 metre awning. There are additional tents (12 persons and tables) for rainy days.

Private 50 meter access allows two truck BB´s and 6 car parking BB´s on its own premises. Barriers are therefore not required.
